PaintedCurly Client Policies At PaintedCurly, my goal is to provide every guest with a thoughtful, personalized experience. Please review the following policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment by contacting your service provider. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. * No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total. * Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a nonrefundable deposit or prepayment to book future appointments. * Emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered at the service provider’s discretion. To cancel or reschedule with Cat: 971-404-6207 Deposits & Payments * Deposits are required for select services and are applied toward the final service total. * All deposits are nonrefundable. * If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment when the request is made within the cancellation policy and at the service provider’s discretion. * Payment is due in full at the completion of your appointment. * We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Service Satisfaction Your satisfaction and comfort are important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact your service provider within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and determine an appropriate solution. * Eligible adjustments must be discussed within 48 hours and, when appropriate, scheduled to be completed within 7 days of the original service. * Adjustments are intended to address concerns related to the original service and are not intended for changes of preference or a new service request. * Color results can vary depending on hair history, condition, texture, and other factors. Desired results cannot always be guaranteed in a single appointment. * We do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed. Any adjustment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Service Timing & Consultations Please arrive on time and prepared for your appointment. * Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. * If your hair is significantly different from what was discussed during booking, additional time or pricing may be required. * Certain services may require a consultation before an appointment can be confirmed. * Please communicate any relevant hair history, previous chemical services, or concerns during your consultation. Pricing & Service Changes Service pricing may vary based on hair length, density, condition, complexity, product usage, and time required. If your requested service changes or requires additional work beyond the original booking, any pricing adjustment will be discussed with you before proceeding. Respectful & Inclusive Environment PaintedCurly is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for every guest. We ask that all clients communicate respectfully with their service provider. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving harassment, discrimination, threats, or unsafe behavior. Policy Acknowledgment By booking an appointment with PaintedCurly, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies. Chemical Services & Age Requirements For the safety and well-being of our younger guests, PaintedCurly does not provide chemical services to children under 10 years of age. Chemical services may include, but are not limited to, hair color, lightening, vivid color, chemical straightening, relaxing, perming, and other services involving chemical processing. All chemical services are subject to a consultation and an assessment of the hair’s condition, history, and suitability for the requested service. Desired results cannot always be guaranteed in a single appointment.
